If you’re feeling stuck in a job that drains your energy or doesn’t align with who you really are, trust me when I say—I see you. I was once in your shoes. I spent years building a career in the legal world, first as a lawyer and then as a judge. I liked what I did (bossing the lawyers around 😂), but I didn’t like the office politics, and the backstabbing - the general drama present in the workplace.
One morning, the knife was in my back. I was removed from my position as Chief Judge because a staff judge I was mentoring convinced our boss (yes, judges have bosses) that he could deliver the goods better than I could. I was demoted to staff. I was embarrassed and ashamed.
Right around that time, my financial advisor introduced me to a business where the environment was charged with collaboration and positivity.
And that’s when everything shifted.
The truth is, the things that rescued me weren’t what I expected. It wasn’t another job offer or another credential. It was God, personal growth, and a relationship-based business—three things I never imagined would come together to completely change my life.
Faith was my anchor. Personal growth was my guide. A relationship-based business became my vehicle.
Through prayer and deep personal work, I started to rediscover who I was outside of being Judge Monroe. I read books, listened to mentors, attended workshops, and soaked up wisdom from those who had walked this path before me. Slowly but surely, I started rebuilding a new vision for my life—one filled with purpose, alignment, and freedom.
Now, I spend my days mentoring amazing women (and a few good men, too!) who are ready to take back their lives, walk in purpose, and build something meaningful—on their terms.
Here’s what I believe:
You don’t have to stay stuck in a job that makes you feel small.
You can make money doing something that lights you up.
Faith and business don’t have to be separate—they’re better together.
And yes, personal development is not just a buzzword—it’s a lifeline.
Ready to rediscover your path?
Let’s walk it together.
