Walking/Exercise
Walking is my exercise of choice, and it’s not unusual for me to walk between 2 and 4 miles, outside, in a day. 🚶🚶 However, no matter how you choose to exercise and stay active, there are things you need to do.

Stay hydrated. I use a water bottle carrier which has room for a cellphone, keys and IDs.

Liquid IV gives water extra oomph. (I can’t decide which flavor I like, though 🤔)

Proper shoes are a must. My go-to brand is Ryka, a shoe specifically crafted for a woman’s foot. 👟

In addition to a phone calendar app, use a spiral paper planner that stays where you can see it, on your desk or some other place. Seeing tasks will help you take action. And you can check them off when they are completed. Extra bonus: I reward myself with stickers! 😊

And use different color pens in your planner to keep motivated (or maybe my planner is just a big coloring book 😃)

Another tool to use to help you track progress or other activities is a whiteboard. It can be either wall-mounted or easel-mounted. You can even get one that sits on your desk and one that also serves as an organizer. And don't forget the magnetic colored dry-erase markers.
