Walking/Exercise
Walking is my exercise of choice, and it’s not unusual for me to walk between 2 and 4 miles, outside, in a day. 🚶🚶

Gotta stay hydrated, so I use a water bottle carrier which has room for my cell phone, keys and IDs.

Liquid IV gives my water extra oomph. Can’t decide which flavor I like 🤔

Proper walking shoes are a must, and my go-to brand is Ryka, a shoe specifically crafted for a woman’s foot. 👟
Tracking/Gettin' It Done

In addition to my phone calendar app, I also use a spiral paper planner that stays on my desk. I'm a visual person and seeing helps me to take action. I instantly see daily appointments and to-do’s and check them off when completed. Extra bonus: I reward myself with stickers! 😊

And I like to use different color pens in my planner to keep me motivated (maybe my planner is just a big coloring book 😃)
